For the cancellation of investment contracts from the capital budget will be paid 15.5 billion rubles
Over the course of four years, the capital’s government will allocate 15.5 billion rubles from the city budget to pay compensation to companies with which investment contracts for the construction of real estate will be terminated.
In 2011, payments to developers will amount to 2.4 billion rubles. In 2012, this figure will reach 7.7 billion rubles, and in 2013 and 2014 — 3.7 and 1.7 billion rubles, respectively..
It is known that the funds that the investor paid to the budget after signing the contract are returned automatically. All other costs must be documented.
It should be noted that the Moscow mayor’s office is trying to negotiate with developers without cash payments. For example, previously issued fines are paid off, or the city’s share in other projects is transferred to developers.
