Renaissance Credit Bank rented office premises in the «City of Capitals»
Renaissance Credit Bank and Capital Group signed an agreement regarding the lease of office premises in the multifunctional complex «City of Capitals» in «Moscow City».
It is reported that the headquarters of the bank will be located on the 14th floor of the complex, and its area will be more than 3700 square meters..
The total area of the multifunctional complex «City of Capitals» is more than 288 thousand square meters. The object includes two towers, which are named after Moscow and St. Petersburg, with a height of 73 and 62 floors, respectively. The complex also includes a shopping center, office space, fitness center, restaurants, swimming pool and parking.
Last month it became known that Renaissance Credit rented 7,000 square meters in the Moscow business center Dvintsev. The contract was signed for 10 years. The relocation of bank employees who work in offices throughout the capital is scheduled for the end of this year.
